Adherence to delivery timeframes for BRP cards

Colin Shields made this Freedom of Information request to Home Office

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Home Office,

Users of the UKVI Premium Service Centres are told their BRP cards should arrive 3-7 days after receiving their decision letters, and that after 10 days they should file a claim for a card that has not arrived.

What percentage of BRP cards and other visa documents are posted in time to arrive within the 3 - 7 day and 10-day timeframes?

Yours faithfully,
Colin Shields
