ADHD Waits
Dear NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board,
Under the Freedom of Information request can you please provide me with the following:
1) Total number of adults on the waiting list for an ADHD Assessment (if your ICB combine ADHD and ASD please provide total figures for those waiting for an assessment)
2) Number of new people added to the ADHD waiting list each month over the last 6 months
3) Number of adults waiting over 40 weeks for an ADHD Assessment
4) How many of the people waiting over the 40 weeks have been offered an alternative provider as required in the NHS Choice framework
5) In the last 6 months out of those individuals that have had an ADHD assessment how many received a diagnosis of ADHD
6) Can you provide the name of the individual responsible for commissioning ADHD services, 7) please provide the name of the individual that represents Mental health on your ICB
