ADHD Referrals
Dear Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust,
In the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 in Suffolk, how many:
Referrals were made to the Emotional Well-being Hub re ADHD for children/young people aged between 4-16?
How many of these ADHD referrals to the EWH for were then referred on to the Suffolk Children's ADHD team?
How many of these referrals were accepted by the Children's ADHD team?
How many of these children/young people were diagnosed with ADHD?
If they were not diagnosed, how many were referred to other NHS services for further support/investigation?
What is the acceptance criteria of the Children's ADHD team?
Yours faithfully,
Mrs Eveleigh
