I can confirm that the Council holds all of the information that you are
requesting.

The information which you have requested is set out below.

Response:

(1)    Do you accept referrals for currently serving Military Personnel
for an ADHD Assessment.

Yes, as would be the case for any military personnel identified as
requiring intervention of secondary care mental health services for a
range of conditions.

(2)     If the answer to (1) is "no", to what agency or service do you
direct the serving military person to.

N/A

(3)      If the answer to (1) is "yes",  how many referrals have you
received, by year, for the last 5 years.

Unfortunately, there is currently no data field on EMIS electronic health
record to identify and register military personnel patients at the point
of referral. Therefore, we have no way of pulling data specific to this
patient group.

(4)     How many assessments for ADHD have you completed, by year, for the
last 5 years, for currently serving Military Personnel

As above

(5)     How many positive ADHD diagnosis have you made, by year, for the
last 5 years, for currently serving Military Personnel.

As above

(6)     Do you prioritise  currently serving Military Personnel for an
ADHD assessment.

Yes, Military Personnel would receive priority for any appropriate
referral to secondary care mental health services.

(7)     What categories of people do you prioritise for an adult ADHD
assessment.

The main prioritisation is for individuals where there is significant
functional impairment/other psychiatric comorbidity.

(8)     What support do you offer to currently serving military personnel
who you diagnose with ADHD

Care pathway for anyone diagnosed with ADHD is Psychiatric Outpatients
follow up with physical health screening supported by the service. The
individuals can also access the Community Mental Health duty service for
related needs between appointments. Where there is assessed need of
significant functional impairment/psychiatric comorbidity a key worker may
be allocated for specific person-centred support and interventions.

(9)     What is your current waiting time for all adult referrals for an
ADHD Assessment.

Approximately 10 months for routine referrals. Earlier assessment would be
provided where prioritisation identified as appropriate.

(10)    How many Shared Care Agreements do you currently have for serving
military personnel.

Nil
