If so what was the maximum amount of leave granted for an individual?

staff, the response from North Wales Fire and Rescue Service (NWFRS) is as
follows:

 

Leave for Jury Service                               -           39.5 days

Union Leave                                                 -           5

Representing NWFRS Sports leave           -           7

Special leave (convalescent)                  -           7

Young Firefighters Association                 -          8

 

Total 66.5 days

Further to your email below, I can confirm that the 7 days of Sports Leave
were for:

 

6 days   -              Fire Service Sports and Athletic Association,
Sheriffs Cup Golf Tournament

1 day     -              Fire Service Sports and Athletic Association,
Football match

 

With regard to your question about how the leave benefitted the Service, I
must respectfully remind you that the Freedom of Information Act relates
to recorded information only; therefore, NWFRS is unable to supply this
information as it is not held.
