Dear Mr Kellard
Thank you for your enquiry of 11 November. I am currently unclear about
the exact scope of the information in which you are interested. To ensure
that we provide you with the right information, please could you clarify
your request, so that we can process your request.
Section 1(3) of the Freedom of Information Act provides that a public
authority need not comply with a request for information unless any
further information reasonably required to identify and locate the
information is supplied.
Although we hold information of interest to you, we are not able to
provide the requested statistical information due to the size of the
requested breakdown of data. This includes the number of columns
(breakdown by month) and rows (inclusion of nationality data). We are
unable to present this information in excel format. You may wish to reduce
the requirements of your request to enable us to provide you with the
breakdown you wish to receive.
When you provide this information we will aim to send you a full response
to your request within twenty working days of its receipt. I look forward
to hearing from you shortly. However, please note that if I do not receive
appropriate clarification of your request within three months from the
date of this letter, I will consider this request to be closed.
Kind regards

Dear Daniella,
Thank you for your reply and confirming that you hold the information I have requested.
I will try and clarify my request by way of an example. Below is how I would like the data from your systems to look like. As you can see there are only 6 columns.
SOC, ICT Sub-type, Work Start, Work End, Nationality, On Client Contract
2451 Librarians, IES, 12/2011, 12/2012, ALBANIA, Y
2431 Architects, ICT, 06/2012, 06/2015, ARGENTINA, N
5216 Pipe fitters, ICT, 05/2012, 10/2013, AUSTRALIA, Y
I included nationality as it is captured with the other fields I have requested and you provided it when answering this request https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/w....
However, in order to reduce the size of the data returned, please amend the period to be covered to 01/01/2012 through to 30/06/2013
If you are unable to provide the data in excel format please provide is as a csv file.
Regards
Peter Kellard
