Dear UK Border Agency,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of UK Border Agency's handling of my FOI request 'Additional Data re : FOI Request - Ref. 17156/1309'.

This request is long overdue and past the date by which the UKBA should have responded to by law under the FOI Act. The request Ref. 17156/1309 for which I have requested up to date information was originally turned around in 24 days. As of the date of this note this request is now 24 days overdue.

This is the second internal review I have requested recently because of overdue responses from the UKBA.

Does the UKBA take its obligations under the FOI act seriously?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ad...

Yours faithfully,

Peter Kellard
