On the COS the UKBA captures if a 'Job is on a client contract'. Will you add another column to the management information data provided for each SOC to detail the numbers where the COS 'Job on a client contract' value is Y.

Will it also be possible to add columns to show the numbers under each category the Intra-Company Transfer was applied under i.e Established Staff, Skills Transfer and Graduate Trainee within SOC

Dear Mr Kellard,

Thank you for your enquiry of 29 January. This falls to be dealt with
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I can confirm that 'Job is on a client contact' data is available. Am I
correct in assuming that your additional data request is to be applied
to all three original FOI questions? We are able to refresh all three
reports to illustrate all data returns where the "Job is on a client
contract" value is 'Y'. However, we are unable to insert a further
column into the actual excel reports as requested due to the large
amount of data this extra filter will generate.

The 'Intra-company Transfer' category functionality was installed onto
the PBS database 6 April 2010. Therefore, we can provide collated data
from the 6th April 2010 only. It is important to note that not all
'Used ICT COS's' have a Intra company transfer' category allocated to
them.

In view of the above I would be grateful if you would clarify exactly
what information you require. Once we receive your request we aim to
send you a full response to your request within twenty working days of
its receipt. I look forward to hearing from you shortly. However, please
note that if I do not receive appropriate clarification of your request
within three months from the date of this letter, I will consider this
request to be closed.
