In relation to the inspection of "Wards (All wards except C2)" at Addenbrooke's hospital on the 5th of January 2016 leading to the award of the 1/5 "Major Improvement Necessary" food hygiene rating please release:

* The inspection report.
* Photographs taken during the inspection.
* Correspondence with the hospital following the inspection relating to the inspection's findings, including on actions taken and arrangements for a re-inspection.
* Material provided to councillors relating to the inspection and subsequent action.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request dated the 26^th February
2016. In it you asked the following questions:

 

In relation to the inspection of "Wards (All wards except C2)" at
 Addenbrooke's hospital on the 5th of January 2016 leading to the award of
the 1/5 "Major Improvement Necessary" food hygiene rating please release:

    

     * The inspection report.

     * Photographs taken during the inspection.

     * Correspondence with the hospital following the inspection relating
to the inspection's findings, including on actions taken and arrangements
for a re-inspection.

     * Material provided to councillors relating to the inspection and
subsequent action.

 

The answers to your questions are;

 

Copies of the many attachments are provided with this (& possibly
subsequent) email(s), due the size limitations of the emails.

 

No photographs were taken so we are unable to provide any.

The subsequent actions taken by this service was to respond to a request
for re-rating, the subsequent inspection being carried out, and the
kitchens the being re-rated (5).

 

If you are not happy with the way in which your request has been dealt
