FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST

Thank you for your recent request received by the Council on 23 March
2022.

You have requested the following information under the provisions of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000:

Regarding : Elective Home Education Survey requested by the Association of
Directors of Children's Services- Published on 24th November 2021, the
results of the survey are contained in the document below

Question 1: Did your LA respond to the ADCS survey? If no please let me
know this was the case and ignore the remaining question's thank you.

Question 2: Please supply a copy of your completed survey

Question 3: Please state the number of people who participated in the
completion of the survey

Question 4: Please specify the positions held by those who participated

Question 5: Was your authorities response approved by Children's Services
overview scrutiny Committee or equivalent? Please supply details

Our response is as follows:

Q1. Yes we did respond.
Q2.  The final copy was submitted electronically - we do not have a hard
copy of the final submission.
Q3. Two people
Q4. Pupil and School Service Manager and the Advisory Teacher for Elective
Home Education
Q5. It went to the Interim Director of Education for initial approval and
then to Director of Children's Services for final approval before being
submitted online.
