As advised in your previous Freedom of Information enquiry, Wirral Council does not 
have a dedicated Active Travel Team. The work is carried out by a team with a wider 
function; with active travel being one element of a wider Strategic Transport 
Infrastructure agenda. The Strategic Transport Team reports to the Interim Director 
Regeneration & Place.   
 
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an 
internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the
