We have searched our records and some of the information you have
requested is not held by Brent Council because not all of the information

The invite was communicated as a 'hold the date' message sent by email on
22nd May 2020 (copy attached). A follow-up email was sent on 2nd June 2020
along with a copy of the meeting agenda.

Not available. Details of who attended the meeting were not recorded.

None available. No formal minutes were made as meeting secretariat support
was not available at the time.
 
6. Any details and meetings of follow up and subsequent meetings in
relation to the Active Travel Forum.
 
A subsequent meeting of the Active Travel Forum was held on 4th November
2020. Further details are available on request.
