Extension of Time to respond to your FOI Request

We received a Freedom of Information request from you on 19/07/17 at Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust (NGH).

Delay in responding to your Freedom of Information Act request

When we acknowledged your Freedom of Information request, we stated that we would:

a) Respond to your request within 20 working days

b) Keep you informed if there could be a delay in responding to your Freedom of Information Act request.

While the Trust makes every effort to respond to Freedom of information requests within the legal timeframe as required under the Freedom of Information Act, regrettably, I must inform you that we now anticipate that there will be a delay in the Trust being in a position to respond to your Freedom of Information Act request, owing to unforeseen circumstances that have occurred within the Trust.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this delay and any inconvenience that may be caused.
