Guidelines, last updated April 2015. – Please see attached

prostate cancer may involve urologist, oncologist, urology CNS or GP.

The person primarily overseeing active surveillance would be either
urologist or oncologist.

PSA follow-up along with clinical review forms the basis of active
surveillance, with further assessment eg repeat prostatic biopsy where
appropriate.
