Actions in respect of Dogs in 2017

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Thames Valley Police should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Thames Valley Police,

1) Of the dogs seized by Thames Valley Police in the year 2017, I should like details of the number that were seized under section 5(1)(a) of the Dangerous Dogs Act.

2) Of the dogs seized by Thames Valley Police in the year 2017, I should like details of the number that were seized under section 5(1)(b) of the Dangerous Dogs Act.

3) Of the dogs seized by Thames Valley Police in the year 2017, I should like details of the number that were seized under section 5(1)(c) of the Dangerous Dogs Act.

4) I should like details of the number of Community Protection Notices issued in respect of the control of dogs under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act for the year 2017.
