Of the 1500 long term empty homes in Gwynedd how many of their owners have been contacted by the council in the last year to see what can be done to bring them back into use?
Of the 1500 long term empty homes in Gwynedd how many enforcement notices have been issued by the council in the last year in order to bring them back into use?
How many empty properties does Gwynedd council own?
How many of Gwynedd council owned empty properties does Gwynedd council pay council tax on?
How many building plots has Gwynedd Planning allocated for affordable homes (for use by local people) in the last three years that are outside the designated planning boundary i.e. exception sites?

Are you referring to empty houses or any property to include commercial property/public toilets etc

How many empty properties does Gwynedd council own? Have requested clarification from you on the 12/07/23 - Are you referring to empty houses or any property to include commercial property/public toilets etc
How many of Gwynedd council owned empty properties does Gwynedd council pay council tax on? Have requested clarification from you on the 12/07/23 - Are you referring to empty houses or any property to include commercial property/public toilets etc
How many building plots has Gwynedd Planning allocated for affordable homes (for use by local people) in the last three years that are outside the designated planning boundary i.e. exception sites? No housing sites are allocated outside development boundaries within the Joint Local Development Plan i.e. exception sites, therefore no affordable homes have been delivered on such sites.
