Could you please provide me with the following information for the period 2021 to present:
1. The total number of Skilled Worker visa sponsors or their directors (i.e. businesses licensed by the Home Office to hire migrant workers) reported to Action Fraud and NFIB
2. The total number of investigations conducted of Skilled Worker visa sponsors or their directors, by Action Fraud and NFIB
3. The total number of enforcement actions undertaken by Action Fraud and NFIB against Skilled Worker visa sponsors or their directors
Where data is unavailable for the entire period, please provide data for a reasonable alternative time period since 2021.
In the event that you determine some of the information I have requested to be exempt from disclosure, please redact exempt information with black boxes, instead of snipping or excerpting, and please state which category of exemption you believe applies to the information.
