Acquisition of Former Woodlands Hotel, Mill Street, Llangollen

I understand you are acquiring the Former Woodlands Hotel(also known as Riverside Lodge), Mill Street, Llangollen please advise:
1. What is the agreed purchase price as set by the District Valuer as a transaction between two Public Bodies;
2. Who is bearing the responsibility for demolishing the buildings and clearing the site and what is the cost of these works.
3. What are the additional costs under S106 T&CPA or similar agreement with the Highway Authority to facilitate access/egress to the new Medical Centre along Mill Street between the new centre and Llangollen Bridge:
