Dear Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (KMBC),

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to

a) receive a copy of the most recent version of the management plan for Acornfield Plantation also known locally as Spinney Woods at Perimeter Road, Kirkby.

b)a list of consulted bibliography, other scientific sources, organisations and or individual 'experts' who provided information on the wildlife and other natural history resource which assisted Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council in deciding to turn Acornfield Plantation into a local 'nature reserve'.

c) Please provide a copy of any literature you hold on the past and present status of the rare aquatic insect, the Screech Beetle Hygrobia hermanii, which is/was found in the pond within Spinney Woods.

d) Please provide a copy of the most current lists available of the mammal, bird, amphibian, reptile and fish species found in or visiting Acornfield Plantation. Please include sources of records kept by KMBC.
