To the best of my knowledge there are no such designated sites within the
parish boundary of Aylesbury and in any case Aylesbury Town Council would
not be the responsible authority in this regard. I would suggest that you
also refer this question to the legally responsible authority,
Buckinghamshire Council, assuming you haven’t already done so, to ensure
that a definitive response is provided by them.
