Accurate recording of home visits by Social Workers
Dear Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council,
Please state internal policy regarding recording of home visits by social workers to families of children at risk.
Please state precisely (In the chain of command) who is responsible for accurate recording of visits to protect both the families involved and the social workers reputations.
Please also state how many visits have been undertaken by social workers to families of children at risk in the last 4 years, for which records are not readily available for whatever reason.
