Accrington Police officers threats
Dear Lancashire Constabulary,
Ive viewed recent footage of one of your officers using threatening and intimidating behaviour to a young man and even threatening to break the law by "making something up" in order to "lock him up".
The clip has now gone viral on social media worldwide. It's been sent to every newspaper and TV station in Europe and thousands throughout the world.
Various petitions have been set up to demand the Officer responsible be dismissed immediately for gross misconduct (malfeasance)in public office.
I would like you to provide the following information.
1. The date and time he was spoken to by a senior officer about his abhorrent behaviour. And the officers Rank
2. The date of a disciplinary hearing.
3. The outcome of the hearing.
4. The date an investigation began into all the officers prior arrests. (And if not, why not)
5. The date from which he will no longer be a serving police officer.
6. The various criminal charges brought against him with regards to this incident.
Many people have now come forward with serious allegations against this officer. One where he kicked a handcuffed man in the ribs and threatened to "break his jaw" if he reported him. Which he did, to the custody sergeant.
Please DO NOT attempt to 'sweep this under the carpet'.
If this officer isn't dismissed, Lancashire Constabulary will have failed the by allowing a dangerous lying lawbreaking officer to continue serving the public.
Yours faithfully,
Kirsty Eccles

From experience with Lancs they never had a senior officer say or do anything till it went viral. The fact the incident received no commment till the video went viral shows Rhodes and the command chain did nothing as it is SOP for Lancashire Constabulary to conduct this behaviour. As for investigation Lancashire Constabulary are not conducting an investigation into his behaviour and has been confirmed it is IOPC led.The fact senior officers were aware and started an investigation is commen knowledge it's The when it started and that would lead to reparation allegations damage to the force and open up to further complaints regarding other officers their and the forces policy and training. This is the reason for refusal, request review wait for it to be denied then refer to the ICO.
