Accreditation UK complaints

The request was partially successful.

Dear British Council,
Please provide me with the Complaints Procedures for Accreditation UK.
In each of the last two years how many student complaints were handled by Accreditation UK's own Ombudsman (as opposed to English UK's ombudsman)?
How many complaints were upheld by the Ombudsman?

Many thanks.

Yours faithfully,

Judy Reddy
