Dear Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service,

How many Judicial Factors are there ongoing for solicitors firms?

For each, when was the factor appointed and how much remuneration has he or she been paid to date?

Please can you provide names of all solicitors factories for the last 5 years and provide copy accounts of same?

Yours faithfully,

Mr James
