Account numbers

We're waiting for Davo38 to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear North Yorkshire County Council,under the freedom of information act please could you confirm that your council tax account number allocated to you at the start of yout first claim stays with the claimant all the time there with you or do they change ? If so when and why would they change and if all councils have the same rule thank you
