I have not quite answered the question as the requestor is seeking
information in respect of Q1 which has not finished yet. I have taken the
liberty to answer the questions as at the end of Q4 (start of Q1):

 

Q1. How many children are currently accommodated by your local authority
under section 20 of the Children Act 1989?

Currently       29 (or 27 at the end of Q4/start of Q1)

Q2. Of the children in Q1, how many have been accommodated under section
20 for more than 3 months?

21 (at the end of Q4/start of Q4)

Q3. Of the children in Q1, how many have been accommodated under section
20 for more than 6 months?

18 (at the end of Q4/start of Q4)

Q4. Q3. Of the children in Q1, how many have been accommodated under
section 20 for more than 12 months?

8 (at the end of Q4/start of Q4)
