Accident on M62 on 12th January 2018

We're waiting for Charlotte Harris to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Highways England Company Limited,
I was involved in an accident on M62 westbound on 12th January 2018 at 4.20pm approximately 9/10 miles before the Junction 11 Birchwood exit. I would like to request CCTV footage from the hour before and hour after and from the few junctions before 11 and after 11 on the M62.

I would also like to request footage from where the M60 joins the M62 westbound for the hour before the incident.

Whilst I appreciate that the footage may not show the accident itself it may well trace the HGV driver.

I look forward to hearing from you asap.

Yours faithfully,

Charlotte Harris

Dear Highways England,

Re: reference number 18615694

Thank you for your reply. I am aware that CCTV needs to be requested asap and therefore hope you can deal with this as a matter of urgency.

Do you have an email address I can send my personal details to as I don't want them public.

My vehicle - grey Vauxhall Astra Elite OO60 LAW
TP Vechile details unknown but HGV with white cab

I was in the slow lane and HGV in the middle lane. HGV changed lanes into my lane causing collision then fled the scene.

Reported to cheshire police.

The HGV was alongside me since joining M62 westbound from M60. I therefore am requesting all footage on M60 and M62.

Thanks,

Yours sincerely,

Charlotte Harris
