Dear Leicestershire Constabulary,
On 01/07/15 at about 14:00, an RTA occurred between a cyclist and a stationary van on Hollycroft in Hinckley. Can you please provide details on how it came about and who was at fault? I do not want any personal details, just the circumstances – how the van was parked, if the cyclist was using the virtual cycle track etc.

thank you for this information. Could you please clarify the precise location of the accident? I would like to know if the cyclist was using the newly created "virtual" cycle path - i.e. at this location is the virtual path on the road or on the pavement?
