Frank Zola made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Work and Pensions

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was refused by Department for Work and Pensions.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please email me information that confirms the DWP is planning to arrange viewing access to JSA UJ accounts without any need for permission from any JSA registrant. As well as information that confirms the DWP is considering introduction of new UJ regulations/legislation.

Please also confirm that this DWP UJ access will also apply all UJ registrants and not just people claiming JSA.

" Jobseekers are being informed by JCP staff that there are plans, which are due to take place in October to allow DWP to gain access to their UJM accounts. "

Government Gateway Account and UJ

Please also email me information on topic of future JSA and Universal Credit claims being made online, which require setting up a Government Gateway Account will also be used when making a claim to set up a UJ account at the same time as the claim?

Yours faithfully,

Frank Zola
