After being granted settled status with the registration scheme for EU citizens, it is vital to be able to prove that status.

I'm therefore asking for information on
# how often since the scheme opened has the system experienced technical issues
## that either prevented successful applicants (with settled status granted) to access their details
## or prevented them from amending their details
## or prevented them from obtaining the sharable link
## or prevented other users of the sharable link (employers/ landlords) to check the data
# At what times did these issues occur
# How long did it take to fix them
