Access gates installation delay

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Edinburgh Leisure should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Edinburgh Leisure,

I wish to know the reasons why there is such a delay in access gate implementation throughout all Edinburgh leisure venues, i wish to know justified reasons as to why after all this time access gates have only been installed at 2 of the many Edinburgh leisure venues, and i wish to know what is being done to speed up this major delay.

Yours faithfully,

Simon
