Dear Cornwall Council,
Please tell me how many tenants you have, how many of your tenants were affected by burst water pipes caused by the cold weather in December 2010, and in how many of cases you accepted liability for the water damage i.e. paid for the repairs in full.
Yours faithfully,
Romin Sutherland
