1. Department name - Employment Tribunal Client Unit, Directorate of
Professional Standards - 19th Floor Empress State Building.
2. Numbers - There are three members of staff on this team. Seven cases
have been referred to date.
3. Training - The ET team was trained by the Advisory Conciliation and
Arbitration Service (ACAS)
4. The ET team can settle up to an authority level of £5,000. Over this
amount authority has be sought from the Directorate of Legal Services or
the Mayor's Office for Policing And Crime (MOPAC)
