Acas Arrangements

Waiting for an internal review by Manchester Metropolitan University of their handling of this request.

Dear Manchester Metropolitan University,

I wish to know how many COT3 arrangements that included silencing/NDA clauses were negotiated by Acas for your University in the following years:
- 2016
- 2017
- 2018
- 2019 (to date)

identified the following number of COT3 arrangements involving Acas, which
included a non-disclosure clause:

Dear FOI,

Further to the FOI received, I have spoken with a HR consultant who suggests that you may not have provided accurate information to this FOI.

This is in light of the absence of NDAs signed in 2017 and the concern that the figure for a university your size would be higher, and would not go from zero one year to six the following year.

I do not believe this to be a full disclosure on this FOI and would ask for you to recheck and supply any correction to this data.
