Dear Rebecca
Thank you for your freedom of information request in relation to Academy
Trust Procurement and Decarbonisation.
Section 12 of the FOIA makes provision for public authorities to refuse
requests for information where the cost of dealing with them would exceed
the appropriate limit, which for the Trust is set at £500. This represents
the estimated cost of one person spending 3 working days (24 hours)
speaking with each of our 23 schools to retrieve the information.
The Trust and its schools' priority is the education of our children.
If you would please clarify as to the reason for your requests, we will
potentially reconsider them if deemed to be in the values of the Trust.
Kind regards
Jo Saunders
