ii. Which Framework or broker have you used? We internally ran a tender process with the support of an energy consultant.
b. If neither, how do your schools procure their electricity and gas? N/A

If so: a.) Which services or products?
b.) What specific frameworks are used to do this?

4. How does the Local Education Authority influence your energy procurement decisions? It does not influence our energy procurement decisions.

5. Do you have overarching carbon reduction or net zero targets? We are looking at ways to reduce our carbon footprint but do not have targets in place.
If so: a. What are these targets? N/A
b: Do you have a plan of how you would reach your targets ? N/A

6. Do Schools in your trust have access to an energy monitoring service? The Trust has access centrally. a. If so: What company provides this service? The Trust has considered which elements of your request may be deemed to be commercially sensitive. Information is exempt from disclosure under section 43(2) of FOIA if such disclosure would be likely to prejudice the commercial interests of any person or body. Information is exempt information if its disclosure under this Act would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of any person (including the public authority holding it). As this is a qualified exemption, the Trust has a duty to consider whether the disclosure of this information is in the public interest. To do so the Trust has weighed the commercial interests of itself and its suppliers against the public interest in disclosing the information. We have considered the public interest in disclosing the information to show transparency in the accountability for public funds but have also considered that the commercial interests of the Trust and its suppliers would be prejudiced by the disclosure of some of the information requested. For this reason we have not supplied the information in relation to this aspect of your request.
