Academy of Medical Royal Colleges - Chief Medical Officer Meetings
Dear Department of Health and Social Care,
I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:
Copies of the minutes from meetings held in the last two months between the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the NHS England Medical Director, and representatives of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges (AOMRC).
Any emails relating to these meetings sent or received by the CMO and NHS England Medical Director in connection with the AOMRC meetings during the same two-month period.
Copies of emails exchanged in the last two months between the current Chief Medical Officer and the Chair of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges.
Please include any attachments or documents referenced in these emails, if applicable.
If you find that any part of this request is too broad or unclear, I would appreciate it if you could provide advice and assistance in refining the request, as per Section 16 of the FOIA.
Should any exemptions apply to the requested information, please provide a detailed explanation of the exemptions relied upon and the public interest test, if relevant. Additionally, if any part of the information is withheld, please confirm whether the information exists, in accordance with Section 1(1)(a) of the Act.
