About ILR

We're waiting for RAVI to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Home Office,

I am on PBS Tier 1 (general) dependant Visa. I came to UK in July 2011 on student visa. I got three years student visa from India. In September 2014 I got married in UK. After Marriage ON 2nd October 2014 I switch my student visa to PBS DEPENDENT VISA. I applied for PBS Tier1 General dependent visa and got 4 month visa on 2nd October. . Because MY wife was on tier 1 general visa and her visa was going to expire on 25 Feb. 2015. On 23 Feb. 2015 She applied for her ILR and I applied for further extension . On 23 Feb. 2015 My wife got her ILR and I got 3 years PBS dependant visa. . Now MY question is

1. I have to apply for further extension to complete 5 years or
2. I can apply for ILR. My visa is going to expire on 23 Feb. 2018.

Yours faithfully,

RAVI
