You have asked me to advise what the specific report is that I am looking to
obtain?
In e-mail correspondence between myself and the Coroner Mr Darren Salter dated 26th October 2021, concerning the inquest following the death of Samantha Blackborow on Tuesday 3rd November 2020, he stated: "I do also obtain a report in each case I deal with from the police unit that deals with highway infrastructure and safety improvements. This is something that they deal with rather than the police collision investigator. There were no recommendations in the report and I read this out at inquest."
This is report that I want to obtain.
Yours faithfully,
Peter Barnett
