A £4 million project in L8 - why did ‘Cllr Steve Mumby’ support this project with the Flanagan’s?

Waiting for an internal review by Liverpool City Council of their handling of this request.

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please supply the following information:

[1] Why did the Liverpool city council pass land / assets/ to dispose of to this company?
2] To: FBM Ltd for just [One Pound] the land in question is in L8 Park St, does the Liverpool city council not recall this?

3] 14 houses were built on this land as 2 bedrooms by; The Flanagan Group Ltd, can the Liverpool city council please confirm this?

4] Can the Liverpool city council now explain as to why the council and the Mayor had approved the Liverpool city council to then buy these 14 houses from the (Flanagan Group for the overpriced sum of: £1.7 million or £121,428 per house?

5] These houses could have been built for less then £57,000 per home so why did the Liverpool council decide to pay out such a vast sum of the ratepayers (Tax- payers) cash to the Flanagan Group Ltd?

6] Then did the Liverpool city council set up anther holding company [Foundation homes Ltd] and have Mark Kitts front it, was Mark Kitts on the payroll roll at this front company FH Ltd with fees of over £167,000 per year?

7] Did the Liverpool city council then set up a £660,000 payment to other staff at the same company?

8] Can the Liverpool city council please explain to the public as to just how many houses, Foundation homes and Mark Kitts has built over the past 2 years?

9] Can now Liverpool city council explain as to why [LCC] then lent ‘Foundation homes, £1.7 million to then buy the 14 houses?

10] Why did this front company for the Flannagan group, get this land for just [£1] FBM Ltd, and then FBM Ltd, just passed it over to: The Flanagan group Ltd?

11] So, will the LCC provide all accounts and has Mark Kitts of foundation homes repaid back the taxpayers £1.7 million to the LCC, in the event he or this company has not! then would the cost [outlay] be this below?

A] Paid out to The Flanagan’s group: £1.7 million of the taxpayer’s cash.

B] Lent Mark Kitts and the Foundation homes another £1.7 million to buy these small overpriced 2-bedroom houses.

C] Why then would the LCC [Liverpool city council] and Nick Kavanagh, set up “Foundation homes for Mark Kitts and pay out in staff wages over £660,000 per year for them to do nothing, can the LCC explain this set up?

D] So far this comes to: £4,060,000 or £290,000 per one house in L8, would we be correct?

12] These houses were then passed off as 3 bedrooms in fact it was a lie, these are 2 bedrooms only why did the LCC lie to the buyers and or renters?
Why are the rents so high at £575.00 per month plus £100.00?
Where are these rents paid into?

13] Cllr Steve Munby, seems to side with Fountains homes and says these houses are good value for money and the tenants need to be grateful, they have a roof over their heads, he went on to say there was no need to collect any 106 fees due to the Liverpool Council.

14] Would the LCC explain as to why no 106 fees went into the accounts of the LCC, and why ‘Cllr Steve Mumby’ supported this project with the Flanagan’s?

Can the public ask the LCC to open a full outside investigation or ask Max Caller to go back over this project in “Harrington Row” or bring in the SFO/ Fraud office what action will the LCC be taking?
