Dear Fran

Thank you for your email dated 22 January 2022, in which you request a
list of general practitioners who have been disciplined in 2020/2021.

We don’t use the term ‘disciplined’ so I have interpreted your request, as
a request for a list of GP’s who have been referred to a tribunal, and
have received a sanction.

I therefore attach for you, a list of doctors on the GP register who have
had action taken on their registration in 2020 and 2021.

Further information about the action taken can be found on the doctor’s
entry on the [1]medical register and on the [2]MPTS Hearings and decisions
page.
