Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: List of commercial properties not receiving small business rate relief

Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are within your District Council up to a rateable value of £11,000 who are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate relief;

and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

I confirm that your request for information was received on 05/01/10. Your request is being considered and you will receive the information requested within the statutory timescale of 20 working days from the first working day following the date of receipt, which is 02/02/10, as defined by the Freedom of Information Act 2000. For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions that may prevent release of the information you have requested. There will be an assessment and if any of the exemption categories apply then the information specifically covered by the exemption will not be released, but any other information held that is relevant to your request will be released.

The 20 working day time limit for responses will be suspended until receipt of the payment. Please be aware that if payment is not received within 3 calendar months of the date of this letter, your request will be closed and you will have to re-apply for the information should you still want it.
