A levels and offers of psychology entrants 2023
Dear University of Bath,
Please could you provide a s/sheet listing all (anonymised) candidates starting the Psychology course in Sep/Oct 23 with (1) their A levels and grades, (2) what their offer was (if they had one), (3) whether they met their offer, were accepted despite missing their offer or entered through clearing, and finally (4) were private or state educated. For clarity, it is successful entrants, not offerholders I am interested in.

Dear Ms Warhurst (if I may),
Many thanks for your response. I understand the confidentiality restrictions and this level of data is very helpful nevertheless. Would it though also be possible to have just the list of A level grades and the list of A level subjects separately with a count for each subject? I have received this from other institutions and I don't think it would breach confidentiality (given any subject with <5 would be noted as such, not as an individual).
For example:
A*A*A = 12
AAA = 15
etc
Chemistry = 23
Biology = 34
etc
I appreciate you may need to treat this as a new request and many thanks in advance for your help.

Many thanks for this which is very helpful. I think the subject list may be incomplete? It does not seem to have enough total A levels subjects taken vs the achieved grades in the list above. Also, for example, Psychology is not one of the subjects listed, which seems strange. Is it possible the list is incomplete and could be resent?

In respect of the A level subjects taken, those subjects against which low numbers of students were recorded have been exempted by virtue of s40(2), Personal Information.
However, I have provided below a revised list of subjects - you were entirely correct, there were some omissions including Psychology:
