A further request as i am deeply unhappy with your last response.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Police Scotland, I am writing to you again, regarding the Fabian Society presence in Scottish Policing. I asked you previously specifically, WHY are no records kept on Fabian Society, Common Purpose activities. As far as i am understanding, you answered just saying NO records are kept, so there is NO information to give out. Let me make this very clear...i am specifically asking WHY, there are NO records kept on their activities. I want to know the REASON why, no records are kept. Especially, as diligent records are kept on everything else, the Police does.

I believe you are playing a game here, of using technicalities, to fail to answer my questions. I am also very disturbed that i contacted the Information Ministers Office and was 100% ignored. So i ask clearly yet again...WHY, are there no records kept on Common Purpose activities? If i am again ignored and do not receive a proper response, i intend to raise this issue at government level. I believe this is of 'public interest' and am not impressed with the way my questions and points, are being barely answered or avoided.

You have said that my last question is "opinion" only. But i believe it is very valid to ask. The Fabian Society ARE a Marxist organisation. That is not 'opinion.' That is plain fact. They ARE being given political access, that other political entities, are NOT. That ALSO, is a fact. My patience is at an end, playing word games with Police Scotland. I want answers to my questions here today. I will not give up on this issue, if i am not given the information i request. I will simply raise this at governmental level. I believe personally, that Police Scotland are protecting Fabian operatives, working inside your organisation and fully intend to get to the truth of this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Joseph Chalmers

Dear Police Scotland,
You have failed to reply to my latest FOI request, in the given time. This is not the first time, you have done so. I am looking for straight answers to my questions. Failure to do so, will mean I have to further my request, by governmental means. Even your Information Officer, has failed to reply to my request for information. This is simply not acceptable and from my viewpoint, looks highly suspicious. Please reply to my request entitled: A further request, as I am deeply unhappy with your last response, at your earliest convenience.

Yours faithfully,

Joseph Chalmers
