A couple of changes in Universal Credit processes? PSN and Welcome Pack

Glenys Harriman made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Work and Pensions

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

In the youtube video about UC Full Service there is no mention of the 16 digit PSN (Personal Security number) - only the username, password and 2 security questions.
Is the PSN still used? Is it only used in Live service areas?
Please forward me any current documentation about this.

I cannot see any mention of the Welcome Pack in recent info on UC (including the video mentioned above). Has this been replaced by https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...
or by the information sections on the Digital Account?

Thank you for your help

Yours faithfully,

Glenys Harriman
