Dear Lisa O’Donovan

Freedom of Information Request: 807 - 2018

Thank you for your request received by Sevenoaks District Council on 31
October 2018.

In relation to your enquiry, please find the Council’s response set out
below.

Your enquiry was:

Please supply a copy of the In Shape magazine due for publication in Dec
2018.

Our response:

Thank you for the following Freedom of Information request: “Please supply
a copy of the In Shape magazine due for publication in Dec 2018.”

In this case I can confirm that the Council holds the information which
you have requested, but we believe that this information is exempt from
disclosure under Section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act. This
Section exempts information which is intended for publication at some
future date.

In this case we will be delivering In Shape to homes and businesses in the
District from 3 to 7 December and it will be posted online at
[1]www.sevenoaks.gov.uk/inshape around these dates.

When considering this exemption, we must consider whether it is reasonable
to withhold the information until publication and we must consider the
public interest. We have taken account of the guidance from the
Information Commissioner’s Office on this exemption when considering these
matters.

We believe that it is reasonable in the circumstances given the Council is
following its usual processes for the publication of In Shape. We also
note that the date for publication is quite near.
