I refer to your request of 17^th January 2021 under the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002 for information in relation to the

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and
electronic records, I have established that under Section 17 of the
Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, NHS National Services Scotland
(NSS) does not hold the information that you have requested.

As NSS is only a Special Health Board within NHS Scotland we do not hold
information for the whole of NHS Scotland as this information is not
recorded within our systems. Here at NSS we are responsible for supplying
essential services to the rest of the NHS in Scotland including legal
