A4 and the Attorney Generals Office

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Attorney General's Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Attorney General’s Office,

I wrote to your office and the reply came back from A4 the Governments Lawyers. I was asked to present my information into an Inquest which happened in 2015.

I collected together all the paperwork which proved there was something seriously wrong with the case. I was asked to send this to one address yet at 7:40am it was intercepted by
somewhere called The Chambers.

It has just become apparent that A4 has not seen these papers and proof collected by myself
via FOI requests and complaint letters etc. personal correspondence etc. Home Office Pathology, GMC investigation, HCPC, investigation, medical reports, Social Services and even proof the case was to go before the Secretary of State, even photographic evidence etc from when the person was still alive. Also proof evidence was destroyed prior to the post mortem and an email from the House of Lords saying take this to the Leader of the Conservatives. It appears A4 have not seen this and has not replied.

My FOI request is:

1)I would respectfully like to ask is it normal for somewhere called The Chambers to intercept mail sent to A4 Kimble Street? These document were sent by the Royal Mail guaranteed delivery. It is clear recent correspondence A4 have not had access to the bundle I have sent, or have only partially seen the evidence.

2) A4 has collected a response from the otherside in which I am being declared of "unsound mind" can you tell me what medical qualifications a Social worker complaints manager has to declare this as my previous employment was working on a one to one basis with a Histology Consultant for years and prior to that head receptionist in a local surgery. Those claiming this
seem to forget I was able to prove they were changing electoral rolls to cover up abuse and the CoP even issued Residency Order on my relative not to be placed back in their care. It is true I have had Counselling for rape, domestic violence and Child Abduction I hope this is not going to be used as evidence of an "unsound mind"!

I am sorry for bringing this to your attention but I have done alot of work on this case and I am hoping this will help others. I am not trying to sue the NHS but use this death in the hope it will stop other families suffering the same fate.

I am sorry if this comes across as offensive or assertive it is not my intention.

Yours faithfully

Linda Cordingley

Dear AGO Correspondence,

You have sent me back to A4 who are unable or unwilling to give me the answers. They have said on the phone
they have everything but can't or won't answer the question as to what as I have clearly proven they have not
received everything.

Yours sincerely,
