Ron Crank, Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership

Dear Mr Truin

Thank you for your second email regarding information. I have already replied to you on Tuesday, of this week, and my response is the same as previous.

1 Coast to Capital, does not have any obligation to provide information in response to information requests made by a third party. I have already informed yourself as the party making the request that we are exempt from FoIA.

2 Coast to Capital does not fall within the scope of section 6 as its membership (owners) comprises both private and public sector entities. It is, therefore, not a public authority within the meaning of FoIA.

Kind regards

Ron Crank
