Dear Mr Corney,
Thank you for your email. Can you please clarify the following so we can continue processing your Freedom of Information request.
1. Where you have stated “gaining entry to x and y course in 2014” do you mean within this cycle (so could have deferred and are joining us next year) or do you mean starting in the academic year 2014/15?
2. Can you please provide a definition for “successful". Is this anyone who was made an offer? Or an unconditional offer? Or someone who actually enrolled with us?
3. Do you want information on the highest UKCAT, the lowest UKCAT, the lowest academic qualifications, the highest academic qualifications?
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Many thanks and kind regards,
Sarah

Dear Crampton, Sarah,
I mean those applying to A202 and A205 to begin in 2014, thus, those which applied in 2013. By successful, I mean being offered an interview, and for those which did please provide the lowest and highest UKCAT scores, along with their other qualifications.
So to clarify, only two tables need to be produced containing 2 candidates in each which were offered an interview; An A202 table showing Candidate A and B, with their UKCAT scores (one being the highest, the other being the lowest) and their other relevant qualifications. And an A205 table showing candidate X and Y, with their UKCAT scores (one being the highest, the other being the lowest) and their other relevant qualifications held or predicted at the time of applying in October 2013, for 2014 entry. Naturally, please keep the applicants anonymous.
Yours sincerely,
P J CORNEY
